Kona Coast Vacations is the result of a dream of its two hardworking founders, who saw the potential for a higher standard in vacation rentals. Their mission was to provide property owners with peace of mind, knowing their homes were well-maintained and professionally managed, while offering guests a seamless experience with attentive service that takes care of the details, big and small.

From introducing first-time visitors to the magic of the island, to welcoming returning guests and caring for our managed homes, the success of Kona Coast Vacations speaks for itself. What began with just four properties in 2006 has grown to manage over 250 vacation rentals across the Kona and Kohala Coasts of the Big Island. Every year, we handle over 5,500 reservations and host around 22,000 guests.

Our growth is a testament to the strong partnerships we’ve formed with dedicated property owners. Thanks to their trust and collaboration, we offer a range of exceptional vacation homes—oceanfront properties, private estates, and ocean-view condos. We’re open seven days a week to ensure that both our guests and owners are well taken care of. Our team includes specialists in guest services, reservations, maintenance, property checks, accounting, support, and marketing.
