We really enjoyed our stay. It is nice, clean, quiet and secluded. We stayed in Unit 102. It had everything you needed. We highly recommend it. You are right on the ocean. It was great place to watch whales, surfers, and the tide pools. Everyone was friendly. Would stay there again and again. We really loved it.

This is my top favorite of any place I have ever stayed! I could not believe how close the condo was situated to the ocean--we could even feel the ocean's spray from the lanai. We visited in Feb. and did not need to use the A/C. The fans did a lovely job of cooling us off. The lanai was mostly shady, which was conducive to using it most of the day. If we wanted sun at the complex, we just needed to walk a few yards to the pool. The unit was extremely quiet and we loved being lulled to sleep by the waves. The lanai had an overhead light that could be activated for night-time dining or reading. I can't say enough good things about this condo. I want to return every year!

Very nice unit, easy to keep clean, has air conditioning for the bed room and fan for the bedroom . Need a little more storage and could use some addition towels. Nice unit

We have stayed in this unit several times over the last 15 years. It has had quite a makeover. Best ever.

I would suggest a shelf in the bathroom for toiletries, etc. Also a toilet brush and soap dish in shower. Aside from that it was very well stocked.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. It was quiet, private and oh, so awesome right on the rocks.

The only 2 suggestions we have: some sort of slider door locking/security system so it can be left open at night to hear the surf in the bedroom and a fan on the lanai.

We loved our stay - can't wait to come back again.

WE REALLY ENJOYED THE STAY AT THIS CONDO. WE HAVE STAYED AT SEVERAL DIFFERENT ONES, BUT WAS TRUELLY THE CLOSEST TO THE OCEAN FOR A OCEAN FRONT UNIT. WE PLAN THIS LOW KEY QUIET PLACE TO BE ON OUR FIRST CHOICE LIST TO STAY IN FUTURE.

We had a fabulous time. The apartment was in fab condition, looked renovated or new, new furniture, kitchen appliances etc. Loved the balcony view. The building is nice and quiet, and the manager was very nice to chat with and helpful. Would definitely go back.

The condo is quite stark. It is easy to clean, but it has only one picture on a long wall. I rented this condo before and the long wall had multiple pictures which help the apperance of the condo. The air circulation in the bed room is limited which means you must run the air conditor a great deal. The manager of the complex is very helpfull. It is equiped with WiFi which is not mentioned in the add. Yes would stay there again. It is right on the water.

The overall experience was excellent. The location of the unit is private and relaxing. We would most certainly rent this unit again. We did not know whom to cantact about items needing attention:
ants in the kitchen;dishwasher latch needs to be fixed or replaced; lights in the kitchen did not work; suggestion: post contact name and number in the unit

The view from this ocean front apartment was absolutely spectacular and the apartment was perfect for our needss - very clean, modern and full kitchen. The Property Managers were wonderfully helpful, particularly as we had our baby with us.

We loved the unit, and can't wait to go back. The only reason I would not recommend this property is because I wouldn't want it to be booked when we wanted to go. (Only kidding). I have already recommended it to several of my coworkers. My only criticism is there was no place in the bathroom to put our toiletries. Otherwise it was paradise.

The view can't be beat, the lanai was a few inches from the ocean. Kitchen had plenty of utensils and consumables were stocked (toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc). The only problem was that the fan over the bed didn't work. A mat in the kitchen and newer sheets for the bed would also be nice! On the whole it is a great condo and we had a good time on the Big Island.

While this unit is very nicely redone, and the air conditioning is great, the handle on the dishwasher was broken, we couldn't figure out how to turn on some of the lights, and the icemaker didn't work. Electrical switches seemed to lead to nowhere. The washer didn't drain, and dirty water sat in the bottom. We had to use the pay washer upstairs. The unit had no beach towels, no cooler -- nothing for spending time at the beach. We did, however, love the location and the comfortable furniture. The living room TV seems to be about to go -- picture is very faded.
