The most beautiful view imaginable. A spacious unit with two fabulous lanais in a pleasant, well-maintained complex. An easy walk to town. The unit is comfy, not elegant -- perfect for a family or two couples traveling together.

Both the living room and bedroom are right on the ocean. Go to sleep and wake up to the sound of the surf. Quiet complex with friendly neighbours. Felt like we were living in someone's home (and we were).

Peer down from either the first- or second-story lanai and you can count yellow tangs in the shallows! Unsurpassed views from almost every window, plus the lovely sound of waves on volcanic rock. The unit itself is roomy and comfortable if unglamorous (small, old-fashioned baths; ancient refrigerator and washer-dryer). Windows on three sides -- a big plus in the tropics. The people at Kona Coast Vacations were helpful and efficient. I'm eager to return.

We traveled to Hawaii with our 2 daughters (10 and 14). Our unit at Sea Village was right on the ocean with two lanai's with great views. We were right next to the pool which was great because my daughters could be in the pool and we could see them from the lanais or some of the condo windows. It was quiet and the guests we met were very nice, mostly older folks, some with grandchildren. Sea Village isn't new and the washer and dryer were not in the best shape-they were loud and the dryer took a long time to dry clothes. There were some ants on the counter and floor in the kitchen area but nothing we couldn't handle. We had plenty of space and enjoyed our 4 days at Sea Village. We would definitely stay there again.

We liked that we could walk to restaurants & that there was so much cool stuff nearby. Our view was amazing; it seemed like we were right on top of the ocean.

Painting was going on, manager was not proactive about contacting residents to move their cars. He was rude too. Otherwise, this is a beautiful condo right on the ocean. We listened to the waves all night long.

Location of condo was great. Next to pool, wonderful views, close to town. Furnishings need updating. Hope the guest shower was repaired as 4 people in one bathroom is a little tight. Would rent again mainly because of location.

Unit needs to be repainted. Fans in unit were very helpful. Air conditioning would have been great if available.Beds in 2nd bedroom need to be replaced.

The location, views, size and features of this property were outstanding. The ocean crashing against the lava rock just outside the lanai sets the tone for a perfect vacation. We were a little disappointed by the construction next door despite being told that there was NOT construction next door. Fortunately they don't work on weekends and holidays so we only dealt with it for one day. If not for being mislead about this, it would have been a 5-star experience...

We loved our stay at the Sea Village in Kona. The condo was right beside the pool, barbeque area & right on the water. I loved being able to fall asleep to the sound of the waves crashing every night & relaxing on the lanai. The condo could use some modern decorating & updates but for all the time that you actually spend there it worked for us.
