vacation villa with everything you could want for your island vacation home! Imagine
relaxing on the lanai lulled by tropical breezes or waking up after a restful night on our
foam-topped beds to the serenade of tropical birds. You can enjoy the views of Mauna
Kea and Mauna Loa volcanoes and the beautiful colors of sunset while relaxing with a
tropical drink on the lanai. You’ll be able to lay on the chaise lounge on the upper lanai
looking at the lush 15th green of the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course. Walk out the door to
sunbathing at the pool or go over to nearby A-Bay beach to swim in the warm ocean,
snorkel, kayak and walk the palm-lined sand discovering sea turtles on the lava rocks.
COMFORT & LUXURY Since we spend part of the year here, we have made it a special island home furnishedin casual, elegant island decor. The spacious floor plan features an open living room with 19 ft vaulted ceiling, soaring windows and unique architectural details. It is
furnished with a large sectional sofa and new, 42" flat-screen tv. The kitchen features
granite counter tops, tile floor and upscale appliances and is ready for you to mix your
tropical drinks, brew Kona coffee and prepare island meals. The open kitchen faces the
dining area and lanai. Upstairs has a luxurious master bedroom suite with it’s own lanai,
a huge tiled bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower. The guest bedroom has
it’s own bathroom and an office space set up with internet cable connection, desk, fax
and printer.
WAIKOLOA COLONY VILLA is a secure, gated complex located on the prestigious,
lava-lined Waikoloa Beach Golf Course. It has 2 swimming pools, a hot-water jacuzzi
spa, tennis court and workout room. It is within walking distance or a short drive to the
ocean shore, beautiful A-Bay beaches, shopping at the Kings and Queens Shopping
Centers, gourmet restaurants, and the Hilton and Marriot beach resorts.
